Delegate Bob Marshall, Republican -- the same delegate who brought forth (successful!) legislation saying Virginians did not have to purchase health care -- now wants the commonwealth to coin its own money. It's true; cash is only "legal tender" and not backed by true amounts of gold and silver. And the federal reserve is run amok with their printing press. An interesting idea to mull, at least, if only to ponder the "what-if."
